Who am I?

Pet person since '95. Professional since 2018.

I'm Amanda, creative writer, world traveler, and life-long animal lover born and

raised on the rugged coast of Maine.

Hands-on. Experienced. Attentive. My mission is to protect first and play second, ensuring your little ones are safe and happy 24/7.

Connecting with animals has always been an integral part of my life, and is now my profession. This isn't just gig work to me – it's my livelihood.

Who is Wally?

My Peruvian soul dog with a big personality.

Wally adds something extra special to what we do. He enjoys long walks on the beach, zoomies, and parallel play, making the perfect companion for canine and feline friends.

He comes along to about 50% of bookings. Adding another furry friend into the mix isn't for everyone, and we respect that.

I helped rescue Wally with Casa Viva in 2023, where he lived with 70 dogs, fowl, and alpacas. He is highly-socialized, neutered, 3-years-old, 20lbs, and fully vaxxed.

Our fur babies bring so much love and light to our worlds, and being apart can be hard. That's why I provide peace of mind every step of the way.

Rates vary based on requirements, responsibilities, and time spent, so you only pay for what you need. (Plus more money in your wallet means more bones for Fido!)

Walks/Drop-Ins
$50+

Includes potty-breaks, meal times, a walk/play, and company for up to 2 hours. A great way to break up the day for those who work long hours.

Full Days
$80+

Includes potty-breaks, meal times, walks/plays, and company for an entire day. The perfect fully-supervised alternative to doggy daycare.

Overnights
$110+

Includes everything they want and need plus around-the-clock comfort while you are away. A safe and individualized in-home alternative to busy boarding facilities.

We feel very lucky to have found Amanda! She visits once a week for a drop-in and has also stayed overnight several times. Our two Chinooks and cat absolutely adore her. We take bookings as far as six months in advance and spots fill up fast, so reach out
